How can I pay for my articles?
For online payments we accept PayPal and all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Simply choose the payment method that is best for you.
In what currency?
All payments via our online shop will be charged in EUR.
Can I use Paypal?
Yes, you can. After selecting the payment options you will be redirected to PayPal.
What does CVC or CVV mean?
These are the Card Validation Code or the Card Validation Value. This is to secure your credit card (Mastercard, Visa). You will find the code or the last 3 numbers on the back next to the signature field.
Do I also have to pay delivery and shipping costs?
That depends on the article.
Digital articles (illustrations, vector sets, etc., offered for download as PDF or EPS files) are not subject to delivery costs.
For all other articles there are shipping costs. Only in the case of cross-border delivery can you have to pay further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price, they can be accessed via the “Delivery” page, are shown separately in the course of the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition.
